Our systems team has identified an issue with cPanel dynamic licenses, and is currently working with our partners at cPanel to resolve this issue.  cPanel may be unreachable in some instances.  We will post notifications as we receive them.

The cPanel patch has been successfully deployed, and access to File Manager has been fully restored.

Uploads directly through cPanel, as well as viewing, editing, and moving files within File Manager, are now functioning normally.

This issue has been resolved, and no further impact is expected. Thank you for your patience while we worked to restore service.

We are currently working on deploying the cPanel patch. Once this is complete, access to File Manager will be restored.  Uploads directly in cPanel as well as viewing, editing, and moving files in File Manager, may not be currently possible. This does not affect command line operation, server operation, or FTP operation.

At this time we are still awaiting the patch from cPanel. As soon as the patch is received and deployed, access to File Manager will be restored.  Uploads directly in cPanel as well as viewing, editing, and moving files in File Manager, is currently not possible.
