This will affect uploads directly in cPanel as well as viewing, editing, and moving files in File Manager. It will not affect command line operation, server operation, or FTP operation.

Our Systems team is aware of a disruption of service to some of our Web Hosting Servers.

At this time we have no estimated time for restoration, however, our Systems team is actively working to resolve the issue and minimize any disruptions of service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Updates will be provided here as they become available.

  • Updates:

Our networking team located the issue that caused some customers in our west coast data center to lose power. Although this did result in a disruption in service, we're pleased that no permanent damage or data loss occurred. Full operation of all servers has been restored at this time. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
